Village of Hope
The Village of Hope orphanage in Morocco has been providing abandoned children loving homes for more than a decade. Overseas workers with Village of Hope make lifetime commitments to raise Moroccan children as their own, loving and caring for them in family units. Last week, Moroccan authorities deported every foreign worker from the VOH with just a few hours warning, tearing 33 moroccan children away from the only parents they know. Authorities cited proselytizing as the reason for the expulsion from Morocco, but offered no further explanation.
I had a chance this morning to chat with Chris Broadbent, human resources manager for VOH, about the heartbreak these parents and their children are going through. Click below to hear what Chris had to say, and to find out how you can help:

Other ways to get involved:
- Pray for the foster families to be reunited with the children in Morocco.
- Pray for King Mohammed of Morocco to intercede in the matter.
- Write Senator Nelson or other US Senators on the matter and encourage international pressure on Morocco.
- Tell others the story via Facebook, Twitter.
