Firefighters’ Day
If you’re like me and you’re always looking for a holiday to celebrate, I’ve got a few reasons for you to don a party hat and maybe throw a little confetti. Today is Star Wars Day, a holiday that I fully intend to completely ignore (unless a coworker bakes Darth Vader cupcakes or something. Then I may be persuaded).
A day that I will be observing, though, is International Firefighters’ Day. Today we honor the firefighters who keep us safe, and who have given their lives serving their communities. IFD is also a day to say thank you to firefighters everywhere. So… THANK YOU!
My brother Kyle is a Firefighter for Lee County’s South Trail Fire Department, and I’ve decided to annoy thank him by posting a few pictures. Leave a comment now to thank the firefighters in your life!

Hey Kelly,
We moved from Homestead to Athens TN like four years ago and just got HIGH speed. I’ve been DJ’N for ever and am pump how the youth up here love the rock, yet many of the Bible belters continue to scare my. God is awesome and I know he is doing great things. There is a church in Knoxville the just concerts like every weekend so the kiddos have been able to see Kutless, KJ, and sooo much more.
We missed hearing you on the air. I am introducing the call to all I can touch. Nothing hear can touch the call and I know the call will bring others to God when they feel free to be free. Anyways, I pray you and the whole staff will richly be blessed.
Also, Pray as my wife Tina and I persue a double lung transplant ( That is unless God totally heals her. She has Cystic Fibrocis and will be 41 July 5th. She is strong and loves God greatly. Peace to you ( as my kids would say) kelly Kel, - Tom in Tennessee
