OK, so Julio likes to make fun of me for calling it “Nashvegas,” but he’s been throwing the term around pretty freely since our arrival here in Nashville. We’re on official radio business for the next several days here in the Music City, and I want to keep you updated on what’s happened so far. Be sure to tune in to Call FM from 3-6 PM Monday through Wednesday to hear all about what’s happening with us in Nashville, and to get your name entered into our grand prize drawing for amazing stuff from POD! Our First Day in Nashville:

1)Flying makes me super nervous, but thankfully (as this picture shows) Julio was a BIG help!

 

2)Seriously, once he woke up, though, he used his stellar picture-taking skills to capture this photo of me:

 

3)Once we landed, it didn’t take us very long to run into some superstars! (Really, though, we did spot the band Inhabited at a local restaurant about 10 minutes after our arrival.)

 

4)Once we got downtown, I had a fantastic time mingling with the locals. Dudes– everybody here has a guitar. It’s crazy! This particular guitar-wielding guy wasn’t very friendly though.

 

5)There are lots of shady alleys to walk through in downtown Nashville, and Julio couldn’t resist walking down EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Apparently, it doesn’t take much to amuse us.

 

6)There are some really, really old buildings here, people:
